Record your expected arrival month, how long you plan to stay, and a reliable contact number. If your work assignment might change, ask how extensions and changes to your departure date are handled.
Keep the final written rate and terms where you can find them. Separate the site rate from utility charges and any other amounts discussed before booking.
Confirm your RV and vehicle setup
Have your RV dimensions ready, including slides, steps, and your tow vehicle. Ask about parking arrangements and the hookups available at the specific site. If you are interested in a covered space, confirm clearance before arrival.
Ask management what arrival instructions will be provided and when check-in arrangements will be confirmed. Do not assume that a park under construction is ready for visits or move-ins.
Plan the routine you will repeat
Think through a normal workday: your commute, laundry, meals, and time to rest. Check your actual route to work and ask about amenity hours as they become available.
At Marti Drive, planned clubhouse amenities include a gym, private showers, laundry, and an office, with an attached community barbecue and outdoor kitchen area. Explore the amenities page for the current plans. On-site propane is planned for Fall 2027, after the initial opening.
