Your own space.
A little extra shade.

A covered option for your longer stay.

We are planning a mix of open and covered RV sites at Marti Drive. These concepts show the look we are exploring: clean lines, open-sided metal covers, and an appearance that complements the clubhouse.

Canopy locations, quantity, dimensions, and clearances are not final. Share your RV size and site preference so we can discuss the right fit when the final details are available.

Monthly covered-site pricing.

Covered sites are $1,050 per month plus utilities, with a founders rate of $950 per month plus utilities. Uncovered sites are $699 per month, or $650 with the founders offer, plus utilities. The founders offer runs through November 1, 2026; eligibility and rate duration will be confirmed before booking.

Everyday essentials, planned.

The clubhouse is planned to include showers, a laundry room, a manager’s office, and an outdoor kitchen. Opening is planned for March 1, 2027; guest arrival dates depend on park readiness.
