What we collect

When you join our waiting list, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred arrival month and year, expected length of stay, site preference (open or covered), any RV length or questions you type, and your consent to be contacted.

We also record how you reached the form: the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website, the button you clicked, and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign). If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

We use privacy-friendly website analytics to count page views. They do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, manage the waiting list, contact you about opening and availability, and understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us. Joining the waiting list is not a reservation or a rate guarantee.

Where it is stored

Waiting-list requests are stored in our customer database, which is hosted by Airtable. Our website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@martidriverv.com.
