Start with how your rig fits
Write down your RV’s length, height, and width with slides and awnings extended. Include your tow vehicle and any steps that extend beyond the RV. For a covered site, ask about roof clearance and the position of support posts before deciding that a space will work.
Our renderings show the intended feel of the park. They do not confirm the dimensions or clearance of an individual site; those details will be shared before booking.
Compare the monthly rates
The founders rate is $950 per month for a covered site or $650 per month for an uncovered site, plus utilities. Standard monthly rates are $1,050 covered and $699 uncovered, plus utilities.

Think about your everyday setup
A covered site adds an overhead canopy; an uncovered site leaves your space open to the sky. Think about where your door opens, where you would park, and how you use your outdoor space. Ask about the specific site rather than relying on the appearance of a rendering.
Check which amenities and utility arrangements apply to your chosen space. A canopy alone does not establish what services are included in the rate.
Tell us your preference early
Use the waiting-list form to indicate whether you prefer covered or uncovered space and when you hope to arrive. Marti Drive’s opening is planned for March 1, 2027. Joining the list expresses interest and does not reserve a particular site.
