Start with the everyday spaces
A quick hello while doing laundry or spending time outside can be an easy introduction. Our planned clubhouse brings together a gym, private showers, laundry, and an office. The attached outdoor kitchen and barbecue area will provide another place to gather.
A dog park is also confirmed in the plans. Final locations, hours, and operating details will be shared as construction progresses; the amenities page describes what is currently planned.
Look forward to a year of gatherings
Our planned 2027 calendar starts with a March 1 grand opening celebration, subject to park readiness. We’re also planning Easter for the community, a July 4th weekend BBQ, a Halloween RV decor contest, a Christmas light contest, and a hot chocolate and s’mores night.

Find a rhythm that fits your stay
Some guests will be balancing changing work shifts; others will have more predictable routines. Check the event details when they are posted and choose the gatherings that fit your schedule. Shared spaces and occasional events offer different ways to meet neighbors over time.
As you plan your stay, think about which everyday amenities matter to you as well as the events you would enjoy. A longer stay includes ordinary weekdays, not just celebrations.
